These Terms govern your use of flaxitup.com, order.flaxitup.com, and any related services operated by Flax Foods ("we", "us", "Flaxitup"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order with us.
2. Ordering
- You can place orders through our website, our ordering platform (order.flaxitup.com), or through partner platforms (Swiggy, Zomato). The terms of the partner platform may apply additionally to those orders.
- An order is confirmed only after we accept it and provide an order ID. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if the item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery zone, or we suspect fraud.
- Pricing on the website is in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Pricing on partner platforms is governed by those platforms.
- We do our best to keep the menu and prices accurate. In the event of an obvious error, we may correct the price or cancel the order; you'll receive a full refund.
3. Payment
Online payments on our own platform are processed by Razorpay. We do not handle or store sensitive payment details. By making a payment you also accept Razorpay's terms.
4. Delivery
- We deliver within our serviceable areas in Mumbai and Bangalore. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are approximate; actual times depend on traffic, weather, and rider availability.
- For partner-platform orders (Swiggy, Zomato) the partner's delivery service applies.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the order. If we cannot reach you, the rider may wait for a reasonable period before returning the order; the order is treated as fulfilled.

5. Food safety and allergens
- Our food is prepared fresh daily in shared kitchens. While we follow strict hygiene practices, traces of common allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, eggs) may be present in any item.
- If you have a serious allergy, please tell us at the time of ordering — we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Our food is intended for prompt consumption. Refrigerate leftovers and consume within 24 hours.

7. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, and branding on this site belong to Flax Foods unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce or republish them without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or services to:
- Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment details.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Submit abusive, unlawful, or misleading content via contact forms or reviews.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always at flaxitup.com/terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable.
